Blood Donation Drive 2020

103 Heroes (Blood Donors) donated their blood in the event held on 20th Feb 2020 at Jinnah Medical & Dental College (JMDC) / Sohail University / Medicare Cardiac & General Hospital. Students of MBBS, BDS, Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) & Bachelor of Science with faculty and staff participated with high spirits in a blood drive. This event was held on Thursday with titled “Every Blood Donor is a HERO” in collaboration with Saylani Welfare Trust, where 103 blood bags were collected, while last year 100 donors had donated their blood. Later on, Medical Director Dr. Fadieleh A. Sohail distributed the trophy to the position holders, where MBBS II student got 1st position, DPT II 2nd & BDS IV was on third position. 20-Feb-2020

Seminar on Research & updates in Neuroscience (RUNS)

RESEARCH & UPDATES IN NEUROSCIENCES (RUNS) in collaboration with Pakistan Society of Neurosurgeons. Conference was held on Jan 18, 2020 at Medicare Cardiac & General Hospital by Prof. Dr. Raza Rizvi head of Neurosurgery Department. This is the conference where all departments of Neurosurgery from all over the province participated including their senior faculty. The aim of the program is to share the experience regarding management of complicated neurosurgical cases and to improve the concept of research among the junior faculty. This program is rotated in different centers of province and this was the first ever neurosurgical event at Medicare cardiac & general hospital. 18-Jan-2020
