PROGRAM OBJECTIVE
The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is the world’s best known and most widely recognized management education qualification. The overall objectives of BBA program is to develop students for leadership roles in business and industry by developing strong professional conduct, managerial and decision making skills, effectively using qualitative and quantitative approaches in identifying and solving business problems, proactive attitude and working in teams in a way that enable them to take leadership roles in business and industry. Graduates of Jinnah School of Business, Commerce & Economics may also choose to indulge their own entrepreneurial activities. In addition, the program prepares students for Masters in Business Administration (MBA).
LEARNING OUTCOMES
- Graduates will demonstrate competency in business communication .
- Deliver oral presentation(s) accompanying illustrations in a business core course(s).
- Written assignment(s) in core and business major course(s)
- Graduates will demonstrate capability in quantitative decision-making skills.
- Assignments to demonstrate appropriate mathematical and statistical tools to analyze business concepts.
- Graduates will be able demonstrate entrepreneurial skills for startups and established business structures.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial skills in projecting porotype small business models at classroom/University level in entrepreneurship and research project course(s)
- Graduates will be able to demonstrate leadership and effective team building skills
- A written assignment on key components of leadership to demonstrate knowledge of leadership theories
- Demonstrate the skills of team composition, and leadership skills and motivation in group activities and assignment(s)/ by arranging event(s) or presenting final year research project.
- Graduates will be able demonstrate moral and ethical values in business.
- Demonstrate the knowledge of current legal system of the country and its application on industries
- Examination question(s) in business course(s) that demonstrates the ethical decision making using the knowledge of human, property and intellectual rights.
- Graduates will be able to understand the importance of diversity and multicultural aspect of organizations.
- Demonstrate the knowledge of cultural diversification and its impact on global and international business operations
- Graduates will be able to demonstrate the traits of a good human being and an effective citizen to the society.
