Every year on March 8, International Women’s Day is celebrated globally. This March, Sohail University is Celebrating the #IWD2021 Salute to these fearless, valiant and mesmerizing women around the globe that have served in the diversified field of medicine, science, politics, education, sports, politics, IT, human rights, drama, etc. to name a few and evoke their services. These courageous women have proved their abilities, achieved remarkable accomplishments and touched the pinnacle. Let’s celebrate the day by appreciating these Women Internationally for their work.
A motivational guest speaker session by Mr. Mushtaq Kharadi, GM Sales and Marketing Perfect Aerosol Industries was held in Jinnah Business School (JBS) for students. The interaction was about “Reminder, how to achieve goals in life” to inspire young students to remain focus and determine their dreams and goals.
Sohail University Badminton Tournament started with interesting games. Students showed their gaming skills and tried to beat one another. Year 2019, witnessed a very large number of Polio cases in Pakistan. Polio Eradication is every body’s duty. All of us have to play our role, was said by Professor Dr. S.M. Inkisar Ali. Jinnah Medical College Hospital, Department of Pediatrics, arranged a Polio awareness program on 6th March 2020 for staff in collaboration with EPI Sindh. The audience consisted of faculty doctors, paramedics,nursing staff and non-medical employees from all the departments in order to enhance the awareness on community level. 6-March-2020
