Sohail University’s Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) strategic plan emphasizes becoming a world-class institution by fostering a quality learning environment to produce future leaders. The vision is to enable an enabling quality learning environment and intellectual landscape to produce future leaders, while the mission is to continually review best practices in learning and research to improve the quality of education and meet national and international standards. Key strategic goals include adopting the PSG-2023 framework, implementing HEC’s quality assurance frameworks, ensuring self-assessment of programs, strengthening feedback mechanisms, enhancing research quality, and training a skilled QEC workforce.

The QEC is committed to continuously reviewing best practices in learning and research to ensure the implementation of internal and external quality assurance frameworks, further improving the quality of education at Sohail University and maintaining academic excellence.

Implement the Pakistan Precepts Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (PSG-2023) and other national/international directives.

Ensure continuous quality improvement at the program level through periodic self-assessments and external reviews.

Develop and strengthen feedback systems for informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Educate and train a proficient workforce for the Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) and other internal departments.

Monitoring:
The QEC would continuously monitors the quality of degree-awarding programs, via PREE and RIPE.
Curriculum and Staff Development:
Ensure improvements in curriculum design and professional development for faculty.
Research and Scholarly Activities:
Promote research and other scholarly endeavours to enhance the university’s standing, nationally and internationally.
Collaboration:
Work hand in hand with university faculties to ensure the successful implementation of institutional level IQA and EQA RIPE, program level IQA and EQA PREE and Quality Controls.
Compliance:
Maintain quality assurance functions in line with national and international standards.
