2. Idea Fest Prize Distribution Ceremony & Inaugural of the Business Incubation Center at Sohail University
Idea Fest 2025 marked a proud moment for Sohail University as it hosted its first Intra-University Contest, showcasing exceptional student innovation and entrepreneurial talent and also witnessed the inauguration of the Business Incubation Center, a significant step toward supporting student-led startups through mentorship, resources, and an innovation-driven environment.
The event was organized under the Office of Research, Innovation & Commercialization (ORIC) and was graced by esteemed guests including Mr. Karim Teli, Managing Director of Igloo Pakistan and Shark Tank Pakistan panelist, Ms. Maheen Salman, CEO of Global Innovatrix (Pvt.) Ltd., and Dr. Syed Adnan Tariq Sohail, Vice Chancellor of Sohail University.
Idea Fest 2025 awarded certificates to the Top 10 teams, with the Top 3 receiving cash prizes for their outstanding startup ideas—celebrating the spirit of creativity and enterprise within the university.
